Who doesn't want to play Fallout mutants and let their friends enjoy the omnipresent radiation in this universe? This new mechanic is oriented towards poison already present in the game, but doesn't make the whole table scream when played :) This is the most sought-after deck of the expansion with some very nice cards in it.
