Deliveries
We deliver to mainland France, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. We are still a young company and we keep adding destinations across Europe.
You can choose between delivery to a pickup point (cheaper, and handy if you are not at home during the day) or straight to your door.
In France we ship with La Poste Colissimo. Abroad, we use La Poste Colissimo for home delivery and Mondial Relay for pickup points. During checkout we ask for your email address and phone number so we can pass them to the carrier and make your delivery easier.
We usually ship the day after your order is placed. During busier periods (new set releases, Black Friday and Christmas), shipping can take a little longer.
Orders containing pre-ordered items ship in full around the release date of the pre-ordered item.

* Tracked letter: offered at checkout only if your basket contains single cards only, up to 20 cards. As soon as a sealed product is added, or beyond 20 cards, the pickup point and home delivery prices above apply. Sent without insurance: letter delivery times are indicative and more variable than those of a parcel.
These prices apply with no weight limit.
Pre-orders
We ship each order as a single parcel. When an order contains a pre-ordered item, every item in that order ships together with the pre-order, from that item's release date.
If you would like to receive some items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
