Your account area, rebuilt — tracking, invoices and pickup point in one place
Partager
Order tracking, invoices, pickup point, questions: it all lives in one place now — and it all speaks the same language.
Until now, finding out where your order stood took a little patience: an e-mail to dig up, a tracking number to paste into a carrier's website, and for anything else, a message to us. We have rebuilt the account area from the ground up. It is no longer a profile page — it is a place where you can get things done yourself.
You'll find it behind the account icon, at the top of the shop.
Your orders, in plain words
The My orders page no longer settles for a date and a total. Every order now shows:
- where it stands, in words that actually mean something — not an internal code;
- what's in it: every item with its thumbnail, quantity and price, each one linking back to its page;
- the full breakdown: subtotal, shipping, total, and any refund;
- where it's going: the pickup point you chose, or your address;
- parcel tracking, with the latest event recorded by the carrier.
One word about that last point, because it matters: we show what the carrier has observed, not what our workshop has ticked off. An order packed at our end is not an order that reached you, and we won't announce one as the other.
Your invoices, without having to ask
Every order carries its accounting documents — invoice and credit notes — which you can read and save as a PDF straight from your browser.
And when the invoice isn't available yet, the page tells you when it will be, instead of staying silent. That silence was exactly what used to send people to our inbox. The invoice is issued when the parcel ships: until then there is nothing to download, and that is now stated plainly.
Your pickup point, even after the fact
You can choose your pickup point when you order. But people forget, hesitate, or move house between two purchases.
The My pickup point tab lets you make that choice — or change it — from your order, for as long as the parcel hasn't left. Opening hours for the day are shown, so you don't make the trip for nothing. Once the parcel is on its way, the screen says so clearly rather than letting you edit something that no longer changes anything.
Your questions, attached to the right order
The My requests tab replaces the e-mail lost in an inbox.
You write from your order — so we know straight away which one you mean, without having to ask you for a number. We reply in the same thread. And everything stays there: your messages, ours, the whole exchange, available whenever you want it.
One house, not four
The real work here was less visible than any of the above: these pages existed, but each had its own look, its own width, its own colours — and above all, no way to get from one to another. You walked into a dead end, with the browser's back button as your only way out.
There is now a single bar, on every page, in English as in French. Wherever you are, the rest is one click away.
A few honest caveats. The account area shows orders placed on the shop: a purchase made on a marketplace belongs to that platform and is tracked there. And the history goes back twelve months — beyond that, we erase the personal data attached to delivered orders, which is the right way to treat data we no longer need, even though it means we can't display it. For an older order, write to us: it isn't lost.
Your profile and addresses are still managed from “My profile”.
And there's one tab we haven't told you about. More on that very soon.
