What's changing: We have chosen to end our collaboration with Shop2Shop (Chronopost) to switch to Colissimo Pickup.

Why this choice? Although this service is more expensive for us, your satisfaction remains our priority. By switching to Colissimo, we guarantee you:

• More speed: Your packages are available within 2 to 3 business days.

• More reliability: Rigorous tracking and quality of service that ensures your orders genuinely arrive at their destination.

What doesn't change for you: Despite the increase in transport costs, we have decided not to impact your shopping cart. Delivery remains free to a relay point for purchases of €60 or more (mainland France), and this, at least until the end of February 2026.
