Welcome, Canada: Nevermint crosses the Atlantic

After Switzerland, we are taking one more step: Nevermint now ships to Canada. Welcome to our new Canadian customers — and a special hello to Québec: our shop, product pages and messages are available in French, and our shelves are full of French-language cards and products that are harder to find on your side of the ocean.

Nothing to pay on delivery

Ordering from abroad often comes with the fear of a bad surprise: the parcel arrives and the carrier asks for taxes and clearance fees. That does not happen with us.

Our parcels to Canada leave duty paid: the customs declaration is sent electronically at dispatch, and customs duties and the taxes collected at the border (GST or HST) are paid by us, in advance. The courier hands you the parcel, and that’s it.

Products stay at the same price as in France. French VAT does not apply to an export: it pays for the Canadian taxes we settle on your behalf. Shipping to Canada covers the transatlantic trip and the customs formalities; above the free-shipping threshold, we cover everything. Amounts are shown on every product page, in the cart and on our Shipping page — that is where they are always up to date.

How it works

• Home delivery by Colissimo, tracked end to end. Customs clearance adds a few days to the journey; the delivery time is shown on our Shipping page.
• Please give a phone number at checkout: it is required for customs clearance.
• Pickup points and tracked letters are not available to Canada: goods crossing a border travel as a declared parcel.
• An order that doesn’t suit you, or a damaged parcel? Write to us: a return from Canada crosses customs again, so we will guide you through it case by case.

Why Canada

Because everything is ready and tested: our customs declarations were validated by Colissimo before opening, for several kinds of parcels. The same rule as for every country: we only sell what we know we can honour.
